For Zendesk Professional - This can take anywhere from 40-50h. If you need my help in doing the customisation and/or cleanup itself, that number will increase.
For Zendesk Enterprise - Anywhere from 80-100h depending on how large the setup is and if you need my help with the customisation and/or cleanup itself.
Zendesk Setup/Onboarding

For Zendesk Professional - A standard setup takes around 50h. In some cases, clients want the setup with no knowledge transfer which can take a bit less.
For Zendesk Enterprise - Anywhere from 80-100h depending on how large the setup is. Every project is different and I’ve had clients that needed my help for a lot more hours than the above. Some other clients have also needed me for less.
Zendesk Sell

Backend integration and app development
I’ve built 50+ apps for private and public accounts. I don’t work alone, I have a team of talented developers I work with. Depending on the app requirements and/or the technical specs of your data, I find the right solution for you. Here’s an article about some apps I have uploaded on the Zendesk marketplace.
Normally a backend integration takes anywhere from 80-100h.

Maintenance?
Of course. I do time and materials or fixed hours. I have contracts for both.
Any hours unused can be stored in a time bank. I am fair in that regard.
Training
Given the current situation caused by the COVID - 19 outbreak, I will only be able to do remote Zoom trainings. My strong point is admin training and I include it into any type of engagement I do so to empower you to not be dependent on my being there. To say it another way, whatever I build for you, I share how and why I did it.
