Present day is about me focusing on delivering excellent customer experience. I’ve learned a lot (and still learning) and want to give back some of the knowledge I’ve accumulated. Hence me creating my persona — Dominic the CX guy.
While working with top Customer Success (Customer Experience/Customer Journey/Customer Advocacy) managers for large digital enterprise companies, I’ve noticed the tendencies and requirements of what is needed in order to deliver excellent customer success. They all follow the same patterns and if you do it right, you can have happy returning clients. Scouts honor!
In order to support my mission I’m doing a vlog and blog - and you can check it out in the blog section - with various tips and tricks on what you can do to deliver great customer experience. I’m a bit camera shy in doing the vlog so I’m not moving at the speed I’d like to, but bare with me. I’m getting more and more confident to make more of them. I will give out knowledge and you can test and apply that to your customer base and see it work. I know that you are busy and I have to pay for my travels, so you can hire me to do it for you.
