Has two subscription models: Zendesk Licenses and Zendesk Apps. Description of the terms of services for purchasing either one can be found below.

Zendesk Licenses

Definitions:

Zendesk licenses are defined by any of the following license types that Zendesk has available for purchase for either yearly or monthly contracts:

  • Zendesk Team

  • Zendesk Growth

  • Professional

  • Enterprise

  • Enterprise Plus

Pricing for the above Zendesk licenses varies according to pricing set by Zendesk as seen here.

Payment

If licenses are bought through ROCA Business Processes these are the following terms:

Payment must be  done within a 1 week interval from the date of invoice received.

Payment gateway used for processing payments is Stripe.

Termination

The Subscription terms for any Agents added after the beginning of the current Subscription Term (Additional Agents) shall be coterminous with the current terms and conditions. Fees for additional Agents fall under the current Subscription Terms unless otherwise agreed by parties in writing.

This Order Form shall be automatically renew for a Subscription Term equivalent in length to the then current Subscription Term, unless Client provides Supplier with 30 (thirty) days notice in writing prior to the end of then-current Subscription Term. Client may not downgrade the Service Plan or reduce the number of Agents during the then-current Subscription Term. If the Client desires to downgrade the Service Plan or reduce the number of Agents for a subsequent Subscription Term, the Client must provide Supplier with 30 (thirty) days prior written notice to the end of the expiring Subscription Term.

Data security and confidentiality

No information related to user data will be shared out side of ROCA institution. Ever.

Zendesk Apps

Definitions:

Zendesk Apps are defined as public apps that can be downloaded from Zendesk’s public marketplace page which can be found here.

ROCA’s partner profile here.

ROCA owns paid and free apps.

Free apps can be downloaded and used by anyone without any kind of restrictions.

Paid apps can be downloaded and used by anyone but they are subject to our terms of service as listed below.

Payment

Payment must be  done within a 2 (two) week interval from the date of invoice received. If payment will not be received within this time, the app functionality will be restricted.

Payment gateway used for processing payments is Stripe.

Termination

This Order Form shall be automatically renew for a Subscription Term equivalent in length to the then current Subscription Term, unless Client provides Supplier with 30 (thirty) days notice in writing prior to the end of then-current Subscription Term.

If the Client desires to for whatever reason stop the Service Plan for a subsequent Subscription Term, the Client must provide Supplier with 30 (thirty) days prior written notice to the end of the expiring Subscription Term.

Data security and confidentiality

No information related to user data will be shared out side of ROCA institution.

Apps found on the company’s Zendesk marketplace profile do not track or share any kind of data from the Zendesk accounts they are installed on.

Warranties

If any app downloaded from ROCA’s Zendesk partner page does not work according to description, client must notify ROCA with the purpose of ROCA to fix said issue.
