How To Enable Zendesk Talk In Guide If You Use Zendesk Messaging

For a while now, being able to implement both Zendesk Talk and Zendesk Messaging widgets at the same time has not been possible. This creates a pretty significant inconvenience, given that, while the new Messaging widget has a bunch of great features, there are still a few, including Talk, that only the classic one has.

This means that, in order to make use of all the features at your disposal you’d need to enable both widgets at the same, which has been impossible, until now.

Our brilliant Technical Architect, Ahmed, has been hard at work on a solution that would make this issue vanish and now it’s a reality. As you can see in our demo here, Ahmed has managed to integrate both widgets at the same time, so now all of the available features can be leveraged at their full potential.
